Jim and Brian were by far some of the best, most respectable and clean "contractors" I have ever had in my house. They were on time every morning (if not early), they cleaned up after themselves, wore protective face coverings at all times and were very accommodating to my requests and needs. Jim started the project a day late because there was an issue with his truck but instead of not showing up the day of or he called me the day prior to our scheduled start date to inform me of the issue and make sure I was ok with this small adjustment. Once they got started replacing my entire very very very old furnace (see images) and hot water heater and removing old pipes, it was a breeze as a customer and home owner. We were hardly without hot water or gas while they guys did what they had to do.

It’s not common to come across quality pricing, conversation, and overall workmanship but Blue Conservation set a fine standard. First spoke to Jim about the issue… Current tankless water heater had a low output and didn’t work correctly. He walked me through the problems of the unit but also found the manufacturer is willing to replace the unit under warranty even though it expired just 2 weeks prior. Insert Brian with the go ahead for the new install and in less than 2 days time, the new unit was on and running great. He walked me through the new piping, how the new unit works, and bled the original radiators in the house. It’s always great to come across a proper company that brings confidence in what they do. Jim and his crew installed a Stiebel Eltron Accelera 220 heat pump water heater in our house. Installation went off without a hitch, the guys were friendly and courteous, leaving the area cleaner than when they started. Post installation, Jim was very generous with his time, helping us to understand how to achieve the right balance of saving money while having the right amount of hot water on hand.
