Blue Dolphin Pool Service

I have had Blue Dolphin pool service for almost two yrs. They keep the pool water clean looking but do nothing about the pool staining. When they started I had a little area with some algae and they put in a stain remover that helped. But in the past yr.they let it get so bad I had to say something to the company. They sent out a store manager and he put a stain remover in to clean it up. It helped a lot but was still stained. When I told the manager that it was a lot better but still had staining he got an attitude packed up his little test kit and was rude and obnoxious at this point. Now he was telling me that the pool was getting old and needed resurfacing. We never discussed an additional charge or anything to clean it up. Well he basically quit and went on his way. This company charges me monthly, but their technicians often do not show up. When they don’t come, they report to their boss that the service was completed, which is simply not true. Meanwhile, my pool is left green and full of leaves. I would not recommend hiring this company because they have not been honest about the services they provide. In response to my review, the company stated that they tried to reach me, but I never received a phone call. My property is not locked — there is a gate and a side gate that can easily be walked through. I work from home, and at no point did anyone attempt to access the property while I was here. I also communicated three separate times where our gate opener was located to three different people in the office, yet it appears no notes were ever added t
