Great experience today with Tiyese Pope. On time, knows his work, and explained current state of our heating system and why we might need some additions. No hard sell, just a factual rundown of what would make our system better. Will definitely ask for Tiyese again!

We scheduled a service for a day between 12-4. I received a text that morning stating that they "looked forward to seeing me". I called at 3:55 to check on status, and three more times up until 8:23 p.m. No one came or ever called back. When I called the following morning, I was simply told someone could come in the afternoon or the next morning. There was no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. When you rearrange your schedule for service calls, courteous service, or at least updates, are expected.

Scammed us. Took payment, installed wrong equipment then never followed up with rest of work order. You call, no one calls you back. There’s no email or contact for the GM or anyone in leadership. Avoid at all costs because they’re overpriced to boot.
