Robert Namer is a terrible person. Do not use this company. It’s took almost a year to have our pool built. He is rude and obnoxious. Everything was an “add on”. Until the very end he tried to get money from us for things he claimed we added. This was the most unprofessional process I have ever experienced. Please please do not use this company. What was suppose to be a fun and happy experience was miserable.
This company is a joke. Filled out an application for a credit review to know at least what my interest rate would be prior to moving further. Spoke with Robert who stated that the lowest interest rate possible would be 5.49% during these times due to the current interest rate inflation. Robert stated they would need to come to my home to do an estimate prior to running the credit, to know how much I needed to borrow. Fair enough, even though I only planned on borrowing 40k no matter what the pool cost above that. Robert said they can do a soft pull but they needed a fully executed contract to do a hard pull on my credit. Robert then stated in order to execute a contract, he needed 20% down of the full amount in order to pull credit. He claims this is federal law. I don’t know what law he
