We worked with Austin Woodall, general manager at the College Station branch. We are extremely pleased with our pool. Austin listened to what we wanted, gave us good ideas and suggestions, worked with me on ways to save money, and was fantastic with communications. The crews that came in to do the excavation, rebar & gunite, plumbing, electrical, and tile & coping were top-notch. I think the best way to sum it up is that when people come over to see the pool, they all say that it looks like it's always been there. It just looks perfect in the back yard. We worked with Austin at Blue Haven and couldn’t be more pleased. We went into the experience not knowing much about the process and didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Austin took the time to learn about what we were looking for and talked us through every detail of our pool, visually showing us options as we went. We knew that Blue Haven made a quality product based on our research going in, but when we looked at a few extra pieces of pool tile that were left behind….and saw ‘Made in Italy’ stamped on the back of each one…we further understood the extent of the quality we had received.
