The general manager Jake Wenzel and our project manager Bret Wright were awesome! They were always available to address our concerns and answer questions. Bret was onsite weekly to ensure each project phase was running smoothly and to resolve unforeseen issues in a timely manner. He provided updates which mitigated many of our questions. I would definitely be recommending Blue Haven to anyone looking to install a pool. Additionally, during the startup phase Josh was amazing he explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. I had a issue come up and was not expecting a response until a couple of days later but I was wrong he responded promptly and solved the issue. This is my first time having a pool and I did a ton of research/meetings with 4 different pool companies prior to selecting Blue Haven Pools-Jacksonville. Ronnie Green represented Blue Haven and after my first meeting with him I knew we were going with Blue Haven. Ronnie was involved in the planning/design portion of the pool. He did a great job listening to what our family wanted in a pool and also offered his expertise based on our feedback. We had several meetings before finalizing the contract. Not once was Ronnie pushing us to move forward until we were ready. I could not have been more pleased with the design phase of this project! Blue Haven has been very attentive to some issues we’ve had since moving to our new home and learning about our pool! Madison McLemore and Nick have been so kind, nice and attentive to our needs with the pool. Customer service is outstanding! Madison always calls to check in with us after a scheduled appointment to follow up. Great company and we appreciate such great customer service!

Blue Haven Pools on the Gulf (Jacksonville) recently completed construction of my family’s beautiful 18 x 30 pool and surrounding paver deck. We selected Blue Haven because we have 4 friends whose pools were built by Blue Haven. The feedback from friends was consistent: in any construction, things happen, but in the end Blue Haven always “made it right” and our friends were extremely pleased overall. We had the same experience, and this should be viewed as a strength and as a positive. Our construction had its fair share of hiccups along the way, particularly with one sub-contractor making a fairly significant mistake that caused a cascade effect of problems and delays. I do not normally do reviews, but I feel like with the amount of money a pool costs, reviews help other first-time pool buyers, like myself and my wife, make a decision on who to ultimately go with. I know I scoured reviews for just about every pool builder in the Jacksonville, FL area before going with Bluehaven-Jacksonville. This review will be honest and fair. Our build was not perfect by far. Maybe my wife and I were just naïve on exactly how big a pool build project was, but there were a few snags we were not expecting.
