On Saturday, my pool’s water feature plumbing suddenly sprang a leak, and I honestly wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get help. I called and emailed the Warranty Department, and to my absolute surprise, they had someone at my house within 40 minutes. Not days. Not “we’ll get back to you.” Forty minutes. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the issue was fixed quickly and correctly. The level of responsiveness and customer care I received was truly beyond impeccable. I can't say enough about Blue Haven Pools. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Our designer, James was AMAZING!!! We met with multiple pool companies, and they all offered basically the same generic design. James, unlike the others offered something we never would have thought of. We had some pretty tough "needs", and James somehow managed to fit them all in in such a unique way. Also his communication couldn't have been better throughout the entire process. Now onto our project manager, Zack. Again, can't say enough about his communication and attention to detail. We literally received an email every day informing us of the next step. Our project was done in 7 weeks and we had zero delays thanks to Zack's scheduling. Overall, great experience, and I can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with Blue Haven Pools. I was really on the fence regarding investing in the pool. James came out, helped us through the process. He really listened to what I wanted and kept our budget in mind-we chose the upgrades we felt were important. Together we designed a beautiful pool for our small yard. They started construction the first week of August and completed the first week in September! Yes, 30 days! And yes we are still using it in October! Zach led construction, kept us informed throughout the process. I will never regret pulling the trigger on this project, we’ve had such great quality family time with this pool! You can trust this team to get it right!
