We chose Bluehaven after having 3 other pool builders giving us quotes. With Bluehaven from the start to completion the service was superb Aimee the sales lady was full of knowledge and help and suggestions to help us choose what we wanted she set up for the team to call us and set the date and what to expect during the build. On the day of the build we were met by the star of the show Tad (pool manager) who went through everything with us before they started to make sure everything was as we wanted. The build went exactly to plan all the contractors were superb clean tidy and did a fantastic job and Tad kept in touch throughout. Great experience with Blue Haven. Loved our project manager Tad. He kept us fully informed throughout the process. Our designer was Kelly and he was fantastic during the design and contracting. My only minor disappointment was picking the tile/plaster. They were in the middle of moving their showroom so I didn’t feel like I had access to really see all the tile options, not to mention it was an hour away so was inconvenient.

Great service and Dedication from Brian Heathcoe. We are happy with our new pool, and Brian was instrumental in making sure the final result was decent. While large construction projects inevitably come with challenges and unforeseen issues—which were completely outside of Brian’s control—his performance was outstanding. Brian took ownership of the entire process, ensuring that problems were addressed. He maintained clear communication, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and was committed to the highest quality outcome possible. Our project manager Brian Heathcoe was great to work with. Some of our pool process was complicated but was out of Brian’s control. Brian always answered all of my calls and texts in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with. They had a lot of employee turn over during our build which was extremely unfortunate. Brian did his best to keep us informed of our process and the hold ups. They did not want to install the deck jets that we initially ordered and then charged us more for each one later in the build. They were the same deck jets that were advertised on the website and social media. Brian understood exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. Brian is an asset to Blue Haven for sure! Our project manager Brian Heathcoe was a pleasure to work with. The reason why a 5 star review is appropriate is because of him. The entire pool process was very challenging and stressful.Brian was on top of everything and did whatever he could to help and escalate issues. He answered promptly all of my calls and texts. It was a pleasure working with him. The pool came out very nice. We worked through small issues and I am very happy with the results. We are still working through a final grade issue where they left a ton of dirt. The dirt is so high it’s covering our irrigation system and pushed our fence off the posts. Brian has been doing everything he can to get contractors back on site to remediate. I will be very happy when they repair the fence and remove the dirt !
