Blue Haven Pools & Spas

The entire process was positive with Blue Haven Pools. Amber created several pool options to pick from, and the computer-generated 3D designs helped us to choose the right one. We love all the materials and colors she helped us pick out. Travis, our project manager, was with us all the way through. We always knew what was happening and he was very easy to get ahold of. We were only there for the dig and then to add water at the end and he handled everything in between. He took care of all the issues that came up whether it was pool or property related. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone.

This is our first and hopefully last pool we are having built (2025). Blue Haven Pools offers constant personal service throughout the building process. Amber did an excellent job listening to what we wanted and designed a beautiful pool for us. However, I would have loved for her to offer advice and tell us a few pros and cons regarding some of our decisions such as concrete versus pavers. Travis oversaw the entire process and was very accessible to our needs. Work on the pool was done weekly so progress was constant. We’ve had a few issues with the pool, some major, mostly minor. Travis was right on it and handled things promptly. It was very difficult living in a construction zone, but now that the pool is completed, I am very happy with our decision to contract Blue Haven Pools to buil

The staff were exceptional, beginning with Amber who, with her software was able to show us renderings of our pool online. She was patient and responded immediately to our questions. We were absent during the build and the whole team was exceptional. We dealt mostly with Travis who was responsive and totally reliable during the building process. I highly recommend Blue Haven and would not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about This Pool construction company. After hearing the horror stories about having a pool built in The villages, I was a bit apprehensive about starting this project. After calling several pool companies and getting on their schedule for a consultation, some more than three months out, I made my first call to Blue Haven on a late Thursday evening and to my surprise received a call back from Amber shortly after and she scheduled a consultation with us for the following Tuesday. I was very realistic with my budget and expected kind of a plain Jane small rectangle pool. Amber wanted to know our wish list, knowing that we probably would not be able to achieve it, we proceeded to tell her some of the things we would “like” to have. Her design was absolutely amazi

So living in the Villages you have choices for installing a pool. The biggest are TND and Blue Haven. We got quotes from both and chose Blue Haven. Yes, they were a little cheaper but the service we got from the first contact- on the phone to the finish was fantastic. Big difference for us was the ability to customize to our property and likes. With TND you get a cookie cutter and have to wait months just for an appointment. Our designer-Amber(?) came to our house listened to our thoughts and showed us a 3D CAD image. Image was exactly the finished produce. Our Project mgr.- Travis was amazing along with his second in command-David. They Kept us informed every step of the way and still contact us several months after everything is complete. Highly recommended
