Easy to work with, very creative and artistic with the ability to follow through and make visions come to life. Professional and reliable. Job site stayed organized the entire length of the project and they didn’t leave me with any messes or surprises. Overall great experience!

Every time I have visited this store, it's like we have interrupted what ever, very important, personal (you can tell it's not business) phone call the lady is on and it's such a struggle to ask for her to do her job! But the straw that broke the camel's back was a simple phone call to get the price of a few things to close down our pool! She made feel like she had no time to answer my questions and I had to explain in detail what I was asking for. Then, instead of giving me the price she said "oh we won't have any of those in stock until Thursday's truck". "Well, great lady! I don't need it until Friday. How much should I budget for? They are just extremely rude. I won't be back.

Paid $18,000 down for a pool to be installed and traded in my hot tub for deck jets to be installed. When rock was hit she demanded another $3500 to start to dig the rock and continue to 8ft. Since I refused to pay that, work was stopped and wouldn’t refund my money. Had to get a lawyer and pay the cost. Also she didn’t call 811 before you dig and dug into electric which I have to get repaired. I’m not allowed to discuss the contents of the settlement because of the confidentiality clause she uses not to discuss the contents of the settlement so unfortunately I can’t. Most people she’s screwed over don’t post thinking it’s confidential but it’s not. The settlement is which I’ve not disclosed. Do not use this company or you will regret it.
