Joe is the best contractor to work with! - He has an eye for detail to find problems that others may miss. (We hired him to finish our basement and he found two leak sites beforehand that could have caused damage to the new ceiling and surrounding floor boards.) - Has a broad skill base for a variety of projects. - Finds ways to save you money, as the homeowner, without cutting corners. (New shower install that we weren’t planning for- but found ways to make it both aesthetic and an affordable option.) - Someone you can feel safe being at home with while he is working on your project- which goes a long way in today’s crazy world. You couldn't find a more honest, fair, and just all around good guy; just helping out his community by offering his talent and services. We had a previous bad contractor who really destroyed our home and took all of our life savings. But Joe came to our rescue to help with a few things we couldn't do because we're disabled. Joe was honest, kind, compassionate, and fair. He even helped us put up our new street lights for our neighborhood safety. Joe came to repair my shower floor on short notice. Got it done within four days from when I originally messaged him. He did a great job and the price was reasonable.
