Arion came promptly to inspect what we thought would be a simple issue we had in our Master Bathroom, but turns out there would be a lot more work involved than expected. Arion was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get our shower back up and running. Luckily they had availability next week to get this resolved. Everything about this experience has been excellent. (Should mention we were expecting to have to replace a hot water heater, so this was going to be $$$$$ no matter what) It started with the website- that actually contained informative info about hot water heater types and not just boilerplate, and an online scheduling system that was so easy. Next was their clear text communication and call before the appointment. Then our tech, Patrick, was great. He took the time to explain what he saw and why it was likely that way, then diagnosed it, and provided multiple possible solutions, at different levels of workload and price point. Then he worked patiently with our home warranty rep (don’t get me started on that 1-star pos company), and finally we set up payment and got financing options.

I would like to commend Patrick Toomey of Blue Planet Plumbing for his efficient and courteous inspection of a leak in my shower stall. I received a phone call and text, which contained a photo of him, the morning of the appointment. He arrived within the time he had told me he would, got right to work inspecting the leak, took measurements and pictures, asked pertinent questions, and explained the whole procedure so that I could understand the process involved. Patrick was very knowledgeable , and I was impressed by his professionalism and appearance. Before he left, he had contacted his supplier and advised when he would be in touch with me with a quote for the job. It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to the finished project.
