Blue Premium Construction

I have used blue premium construction twice for concrete sidewalk jobs. They have done great work, provide a professional service, and keep a clean job site. They have also proven competitive when I have received multiple bids. I would use them again when the need arises.

Juan and his team did a fantastic job adding a stepping stone path to our garden! I provided a photo example of a stepping stones project that I liked, and Juan worked with us to determine type of stones, spacing, and size of the steps to duplicate the look in the photo. The project exceeded my expectations and Juan was great to work with. Details and quality of the project were high priorities for him, and I will definitely contact Blue Premium Constructions for future projects.

Front sidewalk effort was well organized as Juan's crew removed battered concrete in one day and poured new the next day. Everything was done so efficiently and new sidewalk looks great.

Our driveway and front door path were done by Blue Premium Construction. They explain clearly how they would do the job. They did the work well, thurough and very effecient.

I had a front porch with rotted wood floor boards that needed replacing. I received a fair quote from Juan and scheduling was easy. His team replaced the wood with composite and did a great job color matching the molding, the 2x10s and the caulk. They also did a great job with an existing post and the existing railing. I was pleased with the schedule (1+ days), the quality and the attention to detail. I look forward to working with them again.
