After visiting another wood stove retailer in Harrisonburg, I chose to go with Blue Ridge Chimney. From the moment I entered the store through installation, I had a very positive experience. Office staff and owner were extremely helpful and highly communicative. Timothy and Joseph completed the install just yesterday. They arrived on time, communicated with me every step of the way. They were extremely professional, helpful and meticulous in their completion of install, including clean-up. Joseph went out of his way to pick up a blowing trash can, of which he did not have to do! And Timothy filled out insurance related checklist for me! Very trustworthy from start to finish. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Chimney!

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Blue Ridge Chimneys! They are prompt, efficient, friendly, helpful, professional and most of all genuinely NICE to work with! We give them 5 stars in all categories. Joseph and Alexander did a Fantastic job, and we will definitely call on them in the future! You can’t do better than Blue Ridge Chimneys!

Incredible company. Highly recommend for any needs (chimney, woodstove, etc)! Rhonda handled all of the scheduling and billing and was incredibly sweet to deal with. Chris was the main POC, he showed up with Gabriel and conducted the inspection, they were both polite, professional and educational (I’m new at managing a wood stove). The installation only took a day, and Chris and Anderson showed up and worked incredibly hard for a full day in the cold and had pretty much no issues. A+ work, quality company and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Blue Ridge Chimney was awesome! Rhonda was amazing with having to reschedule multiple times because of a big ice and snow storm - she gave me a courtesy call the day before and made rescheduling when the streets hadn't been plowed yet super easy! And Chris did a great job, the house was left completely clean and he showed me the safety inspection camera feed of the chimney, which was really cool! Great company, highly recommend!

I called Chris Guy at Blue Ridge Chimney Services and he quickly responded to my request. He solved the problem and explained exactly what it was and what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His office lady, Rhonda, was also very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them and I will be using his service going forward for any other issues. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.
