Blue Ridge Floors

I highly recommend Blue Ridge Floors. They installed flooring for us in late August and did a stellar job. We've been moving and crazy busy so this review is overdue but I definitely want to share the amazing work they did. We purchased our Titan flooring from a third party (Blue Ridge didn't carry this brand) but Blue Ridge was happy to install it for us even though we didn't buy the flooring from their store. Rico is just the best. He's authentic, listens to all your concerns (and believe me, I asked lots of questions!) and has tons of experience not only as a project manager but doing the work as well. Rico was such a pleasure to work with! Accommodating, kind, communicative and very knowledgeable. I felt reassured with our complex demo/install situation because of his guidance. The install team did a wonderful job and the floors look beautiful!

First off, I’d give a 10 star if I could because my floors are gorgeous and perfect. We couldn’t be happier. There was a miscommunication with a former employee, but Arne went above and beyond to make sure our flooring project was completed in a timely manner and at the highest standard. When I shared my experience with friends they couldn’t believe how generously Arne resolved the issue without my asking. Who does that???!!!- BLUE RIDGE FLOORING!!! They did my new home in really nice looking luxury vinyl plank. Fit a finish excellent everywhere. They said they’d have trouble under my kitchen island, but it looks perfect under there too. Price was good and the whole job went ahead of my requested schedule, and with no surprises. It’s amazing how much better the house feels with the new floor. Thanks Rico.

Highly recommend Dennis and the team at blue ridge flooring. We shopped around at a couple different stores. We found the selection and pricing was the best at blue ridge. The quote we got was almost $1000 less expensive for a master bedroom carpet job. They were easy to work with and rushed our install because we were moving back into our house after renting it for a period of time (tenant's pet damaged the previous carpet). This allowed us to get settled back into our house quickly which we genuinely appreciated. We will definitely use them again on our next job.
