Blue Ridge Heating & Air Conditioning

I bought a house where this company had just installed a new furnace less than a year before. I had issues from day one. Fast forward a year later o had someone out to inspect and figure out what was going on. The entire furnace was installed improperly, (frankly illegally). It’s a gas furnace in a crawl space, that wasn’t venter properly, wasn’t installed properly. Use this company at your own risk.

Our landlord contacted this company to do an HVAC inspection, which was a very kind proactive thing to do. Connie from Blue Ridge HVAC (notice the name of their 5 star review here on google...) reached out and we tried to nail down a time. Connie informed me that for this inspection they could not schedule it in advance, but could only call with 24 hours notice. In my line of work I get 1-3 days of a month this time of year and I cannot usually answer my phone during normal work hours, which makes this kind of thing a challenge. I always have to schedule these things in advance. Sadly this is my reality, unfortunately from our first conversation this clearly annoyed Connie. Our final conversation came when she tried to schedule the inspection in a last minute call for a large block in the
