Blue Ridge Heating and Cooling was very responsive when our aging HVAC unit stopped working- they came immediately and ordered the correct unit- it was installed in a very timely manner and followed up with a few extra requests. The staff and office were responsive, professional and easy to work with. They were highly recommended by Kelly Comfort (our former HVAC Contractor) when they retired and we are very pleased!

Ian’s team did a great job on the rigid ductwork and insulating in our basement. They helped us problem solve and come up with creative solutions when other companies turned the project down. Their price was competitive and his guys did a wonderful job with the execution. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend his business!

They were very professional. They worked around my schedule which changed a little bit from the original. They did not rush through the work. They were conscientious about cleaning up the area and leaving things as they were as much as possible. They were even accommodating to my barking dogs, which I greatly appreciate.
