Our whole family had an awesome experience working with Herman and his crew. We did a huge project where we added on an apartment (ADU) to our existing house and also did an almost complete remodel of our first floor. It was a big undertaking and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I tend to be particular and had trouble making decisions regarding style and such. Herman, his crew and subs all helped in various ways and eased my mind so many times! Their work is skilled, efficient and top notch. Would highly recommend! We love our newly remodeled master bathroom! Blue Sky Custom Construction did an outstanding job in every way! Herman and his crew were very professional and punctual and did great quality work. They handled every stage of the process and they finished in a timely manner. If there was a decision to be made, Herman would talk with us to achieve the best answer, they worked with us from beginning to end. Our coastal bathroom is absolutely beautiful and they were such a joy to have in our home.

Blue Sky Custom Construction is top notch! They are so professional and beautiful craftsmen. We did a giant kitchen/living room remodel and vaulted the ceilings (see before picture). We couldn't be happier with the process and the finished product. Also, Herman made us those beautiful maple wood floating shelfs for the bar as a present. It was also incredible how clean they were during the entire process. Herman and his team built a 2-story deck on the back of our historic home. We could not have been happier with the process and the final results. Herman handled all the permitting and coordination with the architect and engineer. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and was upfront and honest about pricing and timeline. He and his team was always kept the worksite clean and took the time to show our kids the process. We were so pleased with the results that we added to the scope and had them widen our driveway and add a front path. I highly recommend Herman Mendoza of Blue Sky Construction. He is experienced and easy to work with. He communicates frequently and well. Herman expertly managed the construction of our ADU. He worked out the contract with us, offering alternatives, and solving problems. He scheduled his crew, subcontractors and inspectors so that our project was completed on time and as agreed upon.
