I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Sky Home Service. Our refrigerator broke down, so we called them for help. The technician who came to our home seemed more interested in collecting payment than actually repairing the appliance. He spent very little time diagnosing the issue and did absolutely nothing to fix it. To make matters worse, we were charged a hefty amount for this so-called "service." Our refrigerator is still not working, and we’re left feeling scammed and frustrated. If you're looking for professional and reliable appliance repair, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
