Blue Valley Granite

My experience with Blue Valley Granite was outstanding. I did not use a GC for my kitchen countertop replacement, which is not typical. The professionals at BVG took me seriously and were informative and kind as I asked many, many questions. Their showroom and warehouse staff were accommodating and when installation day came near, communication was clear. Install was speedy!

Blue Valley Granite and Ryan were amazing to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone! They helped us with our kitchen remodel and asked great questions, listened to what we wanted and made excellent suggestions. The entire process was quick and painless. Installation was flawless! They also helped us with our kitchen sink (Blanco) and our tile needs. AND they came in clutch when we had a tile emergency. Excellent communicators, excellent customer service, excellent quality. Love it that they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they were going to do. I look forward to working with them again!

Very solid contractor. I bid my basement work to 5 companies. I only sent the package to companies that had at least a 4+ star review online and picked up the phone when I called to see if they were interested. Only 2 of the 5 bidders submitted a bid on time. 1 other responded a week late. Blue Valley Granite's price was essentially identical to the other bid I received and both were competitive - much better quality material for the price compared to Lowe's/Home Depot (cost was about $30/SF less for the grade of granite I bought). Initially, I contacted this company via email only. Their response was quick, thorough and complete. I researched other fabricators along the way but finally scheduled appointment to meet personally. Ryan was knowledgable and certainly cordial. I wanted another chance to look at slab and he met me on a day off. Their office/shop is small but clean and very tidy and they appear to be investing in their business as they grow. When we finally completed the deal their staff was professional, timely, taking time to make sure the installation was to high standards and owner visited and took time to make sure install was done correctly. I would recommend this small company if you want honest professional approach with a personal touch.

We had all new kitchen counter tops installed, fit and finish on everything was perfect. Installation was a breeze & everyone we spoke with was professional and extremely easy to work with. Will definitely use them in the future.
