Katie called due to some of the pipes being clogged with leaves and had all the info and I just happened to mention we were thinking about getting a new pool pump and she got us a quote immediately! Blue Water Pools is the absolute #1 company for all of your pool needs! I recently had a leak on our cartridge filter which led to varying water levels, a huge algae bloom and a pump and motor failure. Blue Water Pools was very quick to respond, assessing the issues within hours of contacting them for assistance and efficiently mapping out a path forward. We decided to replace the cartridge filter with a sand filter, install a new pump and motor and new plumbing to facilitate the conversion. Katie kept me in the loop throughout the process as she coordinated the entire project. She was able to answer my every question, provided expert advice where needed and presented me with several options on how to proceed. We’ve been using Blue Water Pool Service all season. They have been fantastic! At the end of the swimming season we decided to upgrade our pool to a salt water system with a new control box and Bluetooth capabilities. Katie was extremely courteous and prompt with answering all of my questions as she worked up our estimate and went over all the options with me. Brandon and Johnny came out and had the entire system repaired, upgraded and up and running in no time at all and left our filter area looking better than when they got here.
