Would not recommend their pool inspection service. Called to have someone come look at a pool after moving and turning on the pump for the first time because the pressure was not very good. They sent Jamie to my house who spent 10 minutes looking just to tell me I need to spend $3,000 for a new pump and filter. Then proceeds to tell me that it is a $100 charge for coming out today as he was walking away, not to mention Todd at the store did not mention any of this when I originally called and set up the appointment. I ended up going through an individual pool contractor to put in a new pump and filter for me. After installing, the pool pump is running the exact same as the original. I will start this review off by saying, we were recommended blue wave by multiple people around our neighborhood and they said it was great. We went in with high expectations and unfortunately were very let down. Communication and customer service through the whole process was awful. When we first called we payed for a pool liner and a “pool opening” for $100. They kept saying they would be at our place on a certain day and then it would change days. When the time came that they needed sand they told me their truck was broke and if I got the sand then they wouldn’t charge me for it? I waited a week and the truck was still “broke” so I hired someone else to bring sand to my backyard for them. That was the first hiccup in the process.
