Very Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability We purchased a pool for $13,000.00, and later had to invest another $1,400.00 for new side walls. Unfortunately, due to a death in our family in New Jersey, we tried to cancel the delivery before it arrived. The company assured us there was “no problem” and said they needed a signature upon delivery anyway. However, the pool was left without a signature, and when we contacted them to correct the issue, they refused to take it back. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. After this experience, we decided to cut our losses and purchased another complete pool from a different company. Overall, I’m very happy with my above-ground pool from Blue World Pools. The service team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. The pool looks great and the installation went smoothly. The only thing I wish was different is the foundation — I expected a more solid base, like a gravel layer, under the pool for added stability. Otherwise, great experience and excellent customer service.

We bought our pool last year and have had nothing but fun. Blue World Pool made the purchase,setup, opening and closing at season changes so easy. We did buy a Robot that cleans the bottom and walls. Our water stays crystal clear all year long. Say GOOD BYE TO CLORINE TABLETS. It's ionized so your skin and hair feels soft after swimming. Now I can't get rid of my children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren. I am one Happy Nana and a very Happy Pops.

From ordering to installation Blue World Pools were wonderful! Their sales team listened do what I wanted and was able to make it happen! The installation crew did an incredible job in just a few hours. They were a wealth of information which we appreciated. I also appreciate how easy it is to take care of. I no longer need a Pool boy! I love seeing the grandkids and friends having a good time in the pool. I would recommend Blue World Pools to everyone
