However, it has become apparent that despite multiple efforts and cleaner assignments, we are unable to consistently meet your specific expectations and requirements for the cleaning of your property. While our teams are highly trained and adhere to a strict set of professional cleaning standards, the level of scrutiny and the nature of the feedback provided concerning our staff have created a working dynamic that is not conducive to a productive and healthy environment for our employees. We have made the decision that your specific needs are better suited to a cleaning service with a different operational model.

Tracey Matheny from Bluebird Cleaning Company came out and did a great job on our second clean! She is pleasant, respectful of the fact we work from home and works around our "phone calls" so that the noise is at a minimum when we have her here. She does a very nice job on our home in keeping it up for us. I am glad our neighborhood friend recommended us to Bluebird!

She was very nice and did a wonderful job for us. She took her time and she really did a great job! I truly would love to have her every time.
