Key to building was misplaced. Called Mr Alex for service and gave me a 30 minute time frame for arrival. He was there before the time frame provided. Took care of the copy to the missing key instantly (not more than 5 mintues). Would definitely recommend their service.

I recently lost the keys to my locked mailbox and, after calling several locksmiths, was told the lock would need to be drilled out. Then I called Bluebox—and I’m so glad I did. Alex said he could stop by that same afternoon, and he did. He quickly figured out exactly which key I needed and made two new ones right on the spot using his own small, portable key machine. I needed to change out 11 deadbolts and rekey the entire house to replace an antiquated set of locks and handles. Also, we had one door that was stuck locked that a previous locksmith wasn't able to get open as it was a triple levered special hurricane door. Alex got it open in a short time, changed out all the deadbolts and was even able to replace an elaborate front door hardware set all at a very reasonable price. He also was able to open a file lock in five minutes or less where we had lost the key. He is a young very bright young man who charges very reasonable prices and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Alex.
