I'm a repeat customer, and I am very happy with my most recent Bluefrog experience. My kitchen sink was clogged, and Bluefrog was able to schedule a morning technician visit. The technician, Lane, promptly arrive at my home and troubleshooted the issue. Lane's explanation was clear, particularly around pricing. Lane quickly completed the work and cleaned-up the area. Lane didn't try to upsell me on any additional services or subscriptions, which I appreciate. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will call Bluefrog again when plumbing services are needed.

They arrived within just 10 minutes of our call, which we really appreciated. The help and excellent service they provided for our condo made a significant difference.

The service provided by Joshua and Mario was great. They replaced my water heater in the upstairs attic space without any issues, and were a very efficient team, answering any questions that I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Whitney was absolutely AMAZING, so friendly and helpful!!!! The follow up was first class. Customer Service was above and beyond. Called and got same day service with Josh who was so professional and knowledgeable. Will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the NW Houston area.
