Bluegrass Rain Gutters did an excellent job. The install crew was very professional, kept our areas clean and Tommy the site foreman answered all of my questions. Denny was great to work with and was timely on installation scheduling. We would recommend them for any gutter job you have.

I found Bluegrass Rain Gutters at Berea's Spoonbread Festival and entered my mom's house for the raffle they had. I had told them that my dad had passed away a few years ago and that my mom was having a hard time keeping up with maintenance around the house. When I didn't when the raffle Eric and Skyler reached out to me to see about giving me an estimate as it had been about two years since the gutters had been cleaned. Eric came out gave me an estimate (while looking for any signs of damage to the gutters) for both just the cleaning and also one for guards that included a cleaning. At this point we cannot provide a positive review. New gutters were installed in late February and were falling off the building within a month. We had noticed they looked dented or bent, but did not pay much attention until our roofing crew alerted us that we needed new gutters, to which we laughed and said "they are brand new". When they showed us the drone images we stopped laughing and contacted the sales team for BlueGrass Rain Gutters April 14th. They replied within a few hours. On the 17th we reached out again as we had not had any further contacts. A quick reply came saying Friday or Monday they would be out. Denny was very efficient in providing the estimate to have our gutters cleaned. The price was fair. The service was quickly scheduled. My first call was on Monday. Denny came and checked things out on Tuesday and also sent the estimate the same day. The service was scheduled on Wednesday and the work was completed on Friday. The guys providing the service were polite and friendly. They completed their work quickly and left no mess for us to clean up. I would definitely recommend this company and would call upon them again.

Eric and his team were phenomenal to work with! They came out for an estimate the day after we reached out and had them installed in less than a week. Followed up with a quality inspection and made sure we were happy. Great business, highly recommend!
