We used Blue Ridge for a few weeks for our second home in Round Top. They were reliable and did show up weekly. There were a few times where we found the chlorine tablets had not been replenished, so that was a bit disappointing. We also were having issues with calcium deposits on the tile, and we were looking for some expertise on the best way to deal with that, which they were not able to provide. After a bit of research on my own, I realized there are many remedies I would have liked the company managing my pool to be aware of. I suppose I was looking for a more full service option since we do not live there full time, so my only recommendation would be to be clear about your needs up front!
Ridge has helped us with our pool for more than a year now, and he is consistently reliable. Definitely recommend.
