The technician was very thorough and patient, and spent a lot of time answering my questions, weighing options with me, and helping me make a decision. The crew of Blues literally saved my family's lives today. Charles came the other day to service our furnace and found some potential problems, so we decided to replace it and add a heat pump today. Last night I noticed a significant gas leak. I was almost completely overcome. I called in (on a Sunday evening) and Courtney talked me through what to do to get through the night.
