Blue Star was the valet for our annual nonprofit fundraising event at the Santa Barbara Club and they were professional, communicative, and provided outstanding service. They really added the finishing touch to our guest experience to elevate it into something truly special.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and uncompassionate company! I had to cancel my wedding due to the COVID pandemic. I gave the company 4 months notice of my cancelled event, yet they refused to give but a tiny portion of my deposit back. I of course had to cancel many other reservations for my wedding, all of whom were understanding of the unprecedented situation and made drastic exceptions to their policies to provide a substantial or full refund. Now, after many failed attempts to get in communication with Blue Star parking via phone and email, I have yet to receive any contact back about receiving even the small portion of my deposit which they promised. I will NEVER consider using this insensitive and poorly managed company again.

We hired Blue Star Parking's parking attendant services for our wedding and are very happy with our experience! When booking, their communication was prompt and clear cut. All attendants showed up on time and cars we parked in an orderly manner.
