I called this company to get a quote to have wood trusses put up on my addition and was told somebody would call me back later today and then within less than 15 minutes. I got a phone call back and said they don’t do residential they only do apartments and commercial. My job isn’t big enough Absolutely ridiculous on top of the fact it takes forever to get a hold of this damn company.

Have been trying to get in touch with them for 8 months about retainage on the Chayote Barrio job. Cannot get a call or email returned after 25+ attempts. Also very slow to pay on the labor Pay App. Suggest requiring a deposit to work with them.

I Highly Recommend Bluewater... I live at "The Braxton Apts" Palm Bay, Florida for 11 years. I am retired so renovations are never easy especially while people are still living in the space. IMO, this company did a great job with the kitchen and bathroom. All the crew were respectful, kind, detailed and did very nice work. Kudos go to the Superintendent Team: Renee, James, Austin, Hunter, Chris and Justin. I am the daughter of a Construction Superintendent and I know how tough it all can be. I can't even come up with enough words of how good they all are. I do recommend you try this company you won't be disappointed.

Workers from this company were contracted by the apartment complex I live in for interior renovations. I was out of town the two days work was being done on my unit. I came home to absolutely filthy floors with mud and boot marks. My bathroom and kitchen rugs were flung Willy nilly all over my apartment. The toilet brush flung in my closet hallway. My shower curtain off the rod tossed in the bathtub. The door to the patio left unlocked. The most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I discover was that my dinning room chairs were used as a stepping stool. They are now completely disgusting and dirty. I don’t know who in their right mind would used cream colored upholstered chairs that don’t belong to them as a means to install a ceiling fan. 3 out of my 4 dining room chairs have boot mark
