Called Bluewater Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioner with clog issue as well as a back up issue and they were able to schedule me for service right away. The technicians, Jimel Mincey and Jesus Cohetero arrived earlier than expected which was great. Mr. Mincey informed me of fee before work started which I greatly appreciated. They went straight to work. Mr. Mincey informed me of what was needed to solve issue as well as updating me in interim of work as well as informing me what caused the problem. They were both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The office personnel was also very polite. They kept me informed of when tech were on their way and called to confirm with me. Will definitely use them for any other plumbing issues.

Beware of pricing. Our heater has been out for several days and our usual plumbers were unavailable this month, so we called this company. We were told there would be a $185 fee just to look at the issue, which would be applied toward the total cost if we moved forward with them. The estimate we received was $1,900. Two service technicians (Jesus and Jimel) spent around five hours trying to identify the problem. During the process, they caused a water leak from our 3rd floor…likely with more internal damage we can’t yet see. In the end, they were unable to fix the issue today, which we understood, and we genuinely appreciated their effort. What really disappointed us was the billing. Blue water with all their techs are extremely professional and knowledgeable especially Jimel and Jesus who worked on my system !! And I can’t forget Stephanie the office administrator! Without her none of this would have been done! All my issues with my navien system was fixed with extreme satisfaction!!!! I highly recommend blue water for any of your plumbing needs.
