I just had to share my remarkable experience with Blue Water. To say it was a rollercoaster of emotions would be an understatement. Let me start by giving a hands-down 5-star review with absolutely ZERO inflation. This review isn't about the fantastic monthly cleaning service I've been enjoying with them (which deserves its own glowing review, as you can see from my post six months ago). No, this is all about the recent repair service I had them handle. It didn't exactly start off on the right foot. The technician, unfortunately, didn't realize he was missing a cap after cutting my intake pipe. This led to my pool draining down to the bottom of the skimmer – over a thousand gallons of water – just before a major freeze that evening. Yikes! You can imagine my frustration. At that moment,
