I just had Blue Water Restoration perform a pretty bad black mold remediation in my home. I called them on Monday after 5 pm and discussed my situation. The whole remediation was completed by Wednesday 2 days later AND they did it on Christmas Eve which was amazing since I had family coming. David the tech communicated everything about the process. Everyone at Blue Water who had a hand in this job was courteous and kind. Iam confident that the job was done right and that I can now breathe clean air in my house. The estimate was very reasonable and I highly recommend Blue Water Restoration for any services that you may need!!

Bluewater Restoration remodeled our kitchen & bathroom 6 years ago. Recently we were having trouble finding a replacement for a kitchen light. After searching all over the beach with no luck we went to Bluewater & explained the problem. Just after we returned home a tech arrived and within minutes the light was replaced with no charge! We recommend you give them a try. They care! 😊

Bluewater was responsive, had great communication, worked super cleanly, and documented everything along the way which helped with our insurance claim. What was even more impressive was how quickly they stepped in and rescued us after the first company we hired sat on our deposit for close to two weeks without starting any demo or remediation work. Super grateful to the entire team for working so quickly to get us back on schedule, and doing such an expert job.

Bluewater Restoration did a fantastic job of water remediation followed by restoration after we had a significant water event in our OBX home. When a pipe burst at our Summer home in Corolla, OBX, we were at a loss. We had owned for years and knew the challenges of finding a reliable company that would have availability and be responsive to our needs. Fortunately, my daughter saw an ad for Bluewater Restoration and they proved to be a Godsend. From responding to the initial water damage and threat of mold through insurance claims and then plans to both rebuild and also update/modernize, Tara and her Operations Team were always there for us. Professional, responsive, offering options, suggesting others for special tasks ... I can't say enough good things about the company and the staff there.
