BMC Installation Heating & A/C

Excellent customer service. A special shout out to Dominic who came after hours and got our furnace up and running on a bitter cold night. A real expert who is very customer friendly.

BMC replaced our central heating and A/C system nine years ago. It required no repairs until two weeks ago week when it stopped heating. We called BMC and found they were busy as usual, but we decided to wait a few days for the next opening in their schedule. When Diego and Orlin visited they diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. The next day, Beth called us and said she found the Carrier warranty on our system would cover the necessary parts. About a week after that, BMC received the parts and completed the work. Now our system works great again, and BMC's diligence on the warranty saved us more than $1800 on the repair bill. We had a great experience with BMC when we got our air conditioning system replaced. We needed to replace the condenser coil and the compressor on the roof of a Victorian downtown DC. Beth and Mark were very responsive throughout the process. Beth was very knowledgeable and always had a good explanation and answer to all our questions. BMC arranged for the crane as well to install the compressor on the roof so we did not have to.

BMC installed a new air conditioning system in our home and did a fantastic job with a difficult installation. in order to get the air handler in the Attic they had to disassemble it and reassemble in the Attic. we have had them come a couple times a year to service the unit and replace material and they are always extremely responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced.

Technician seemed knowledgeable, but said he wasn’t sure of the problem and doesn’t normally fix my brand of mini split, but he would get back to me. The only communication I got was 4 weeks later, after ignoring my calls, which said I should find another company.
