During the recent snowstorm, we hired BMJ for snow removal at our home. Although the price was extremely high, we agreed to it expecting reliable service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They arrived midway through the storm, did not notify the homeowner that they were on site, and left without any communication. Since the snow was still falling, we were left to clear an additional 3–4 inches ourselves after the storm ended. To make matters worse, the sidewalks were not cleared at all. Overall, this was a poor experience. Use caution if hiring this company, and make sure everything is clearly documented in writing.

Dishonest - Do not buy wood from these guys! I purchased a cord of wood and they shorted me 30% and would not even discuss. Would expect they are doing it to everyone
