Quality of work is 5 star. I can't be happier with the quality of work and the final product of the water damage repair experienced from a roof leak this spring. The only ding I have is the timeline and minor miscommunications that happened regarding when work would be done, and the contract paperwork. The timeline was complicated a bit by us as well as we had planned out of town travel that need to be coordinated around which may have contributed to the extended timeline. That said, BMS was always easy to get in touch with, did follow up on their promises and the quality of work was top notch.

My insurance company pointed me to Highland after filing a claim for hail damage. Highland was very professional and quickly meet with me to review the damages, pick out new materials for the roof and began the work with in days of my initial meeting with them. The gentlemen doing the work were very professional and did an excellent job both on the roof and with the clean up. They were done in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. There was additional damage that was uncovered and Highland worked with my insurance to get this covered. I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking to replace or repair roof damage. I was very impressed

Scammers. Offered a free estimate then tried to charge $194 for an "inspection" when I received the estimate. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.

Water damage in my crawl space damaged the insulation. Highland Construction was contacted by my Insurance company. All damaged insulation was replaced. Inspection, replacement and payment was handled without any involvement on my part. It was seamless.........

I'm pleased with the work that they did at my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in remodeling.
