BMS Moving & Storage

Quite literally had a great process up to the end. Movers were great, communication was good, everything was as expected until the delivery date. They lost ALL of the nuts and bolts for our infant daughters crib making it totally unusable, damaged dressers and chests with obvious damage that was recorded on camera and by the movers themselves, and failed to properly replace or reimburse to any value. So we are down furniture and my baby has to sleep on the floor because of their employees lack of attention to detail which you would think comes with the job. Save yourself the time and find someone else. Seriously. To top it all off when you mention something to them about what happened they respond with a subpar claim process and then cut off all communication. What a disgrace!

Luis and Mario were amazing!! They arrived on schedule and gave us multiple courtesy calls so we didn't have to wait outdoors for arrival. They were kind and professional, we are new to the area and they made us feel very welcome. They unloaded all of our belongings quickly and helped us arrange our storage so that everything fit and was easily accessible. They cleaned up all of the mess from the packaging and were patient with us if we needed to look through everything. I hope everyone who has their belongings moved has the privilege to have the absolute most outstanding service that Luis and Mario provided for us! Very impressive! I would highly recommend the both of them to everyone and will definitely be using their services in the future!

Ubiel, Luis, Onex, Larry, Frank, Mario & Branden just completed our delivery of new furniture for our Assisted Living Renovation. These guys showed up ready and followed through with the best service for a moving company that I have personally dealt with. We deal with multiple different moving companies and these guys by far were nothing but professional, courteous, and cooperative with our unique environment. Overall, I had a good experience with this local move. John was great at estimating the time and materials. The moving team was friendly and easy to talk to all day. They were on an hourly basis for my move. They worked quickly and took great care of my furniture. They also took time to place it where I asked and didn’t hesitate to move it if something was off center. They did a great job! My only concern was the disconnect from what I was told would be the close-out process vs what happened. I was told that I’d sign off on the actual hours worked when they finished. There was nothing on the paper indicating those hours so I called Bekins and left a voicemail as soon as they finished to confirm the end time. The next business day I received the call to confirm the charges and there was an

Had a lot of issues with communication and scheduling my pack/pick up dates. Didn’t receive confirmation calls and when I finally confirmed my pick up date, nobody showed. I was reassured throughout the day that they would be there that day. I finally called again at 5pm and was told they will be there the following day. Dealing with Mary Ann was dreadful and she was very rude. Thankfully I had a great moving crew, Ubiel, Chris, and Jesse. They made up for the headache I dealt with in scheduling. They did a great job with my move, very quick, efficient, and friendly. Made the process easy and ensured a smooth move, give them a raise!
