BMS Moving & Storage

I am posting this here because I have tried calling multiple times and have received no response. This is not about moving services. It is about the horrendous and disgusting behavior of one of your employees. While walking my dog peacefully near a police station, a man driving a BMS Moving & Storage van slowed down as he passed me, stared at me, and began making sexually inappropriate gestures, including licking his lips in a suggestive and revolting manner. I screamed at him to keep driving and leave me alone. Instead of leaving, he slowed down even more to get a better look at me and to further taunt and stalk me. I felt like prey. #MilitaryMove I was really stressed out about my move, but Gustavo and Cristan completely turned my day around! They arrived right on time at 9 AM and finished packing and loading all my things by around 11:35. Both were so kind, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They did an amazing job handling everything with care and speed. I felt at ease knowing my belongings were in good hands. I have made countless moves in my military career, and these guys by far exceeded my expectations! Joe, Sebastian, Andres, and Fernando absolutely killed it all day in the Florida heat and packed and wrapped everything carefully. They even finished quick, so thank you guys for making this one part of my move as easy and stress free as possible.

When they say, "No stress with BMS," they mean it! The team was on time and very professional. You're always worried when someone else is handling your items, but everything was careful transported and placed in their final position. Afterwards they cleaned the leftovers dust and boxes. 10/10!
