What great service!! I don't think anyone ever plans on drainage issues, but they were quick to come to the rescue! Not only were they quick to answer the phone call, but they also arrived within an hour of me calling them- and on a holiday none the less. They completed the job in a quick manner. They definitely have a customer for life. Highly recommend BMS! Thank you to Amy and Brian!

Ok so owner Brian came out at 4pm the day before Easter to pump out our septic, and ended up doing archeological work on our 100-year-old property. They found TWO “septic tanks” — we thought we had just one. And they scoped an ancient clay inlet pipe that had dislodged. So they installed the tank, built the drain fields, installed a new cleanout, spent an extra day, completely graded the site afterwards, and charged us what they quoted up front. We couldn’t ask for more.

This team is excellent. Called after hours and they returned my call within minutes, showed up first thing the following morning, technician was positive and very thorough. Had them back later the same day on another project.

Brian and Amy are incredible! I had my septic overflow on a Saturday night and I had to do an emergency call out to get it pumped. When I called, I interrupted a family function and they never made me feel like I was burden on them and they provided the highest level of customer service. They came out the next morning and Brian educated me on my tank and explained why it overflowed after just having it pumped 5 months ago. He explained that with the style of my septic, the previous company did not get everything pumped out and most of it was caught in baffles. They really went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed with them. I will not use any other company after my experience with them. That’s for getting me and my family fixed up on short notice.
