Worked on an ice machine for one of my horels. Never fixed it over 4k and lost parts. Horrible never deal with this company

I called BMT and they were able to make a visit the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are great which is perfect for a single mom like me. They had the parts in stock to get me back up and running in no time. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Initial response was great and the technician was respectful. I was told when the parts came in to fix my AC they would come install no problem…then 2 weeks went by with no call back. I finally called and got told they would check for the part and call me back in 15 minutes… and hour went by. I called them AGAIN and was told they had it but it couldn’t be installed until the end of the week (roughly 3 weeks no AC). I told them to forget it and got off the call, to which they called back shortly to say they could do it the next morning. I had already called another AC service to repair it due to the lack of professionalism and lack of trust in the pricing and told them I would call and let them know if they should come. Highly recommend BMT Maintenance, LLC!! My upstairs HVAC system went out and BMT was able to come out the day I called to check the system and the following day install a brand new system. They are very professional and treat you with great respect. Even reached out later to make sure we had no issues. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs!

Very quick response. My heater went out and a tech came out right away. Very thankful because it got down below freezing last night. My family and I are grateful for BMT they really cared about the comfort and safety of my family. Just made a life long customer!
