We have worked with Boa since 2000, through a generational management change at the firm, and they have always provided truly exceptional GC services backed by top onsite management and skilled, reliable subcontractors. They can handle projects of any scale we have given them from very small to very large. Every site supervisor we have worked with has ended up being a friend: they take great pride in their work and really understand that each customer is building out a kind of a dream project. We haven't found them to be the "lowest cost" operator but their quality is so high for the past few projects I don't even know anymore, because we don't call anyone else. ALL of our Boa projects were complete on time and often under budget.
