So glad that Doug was able to get out to our house within the day of our furnace going out. He diagnosed the issue in minutes of walking into the house, went to get the parts, and had it fixed and running all under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Boardwell to anyone needing service for their home.

Believing in supporting local small business I used Boardwell. Give it a 4 for the water heater & the lift pump last year. This year was not good with a thermostat issue. After multiple attempts at being patient, I still got the wrong tstat after dealing with them all of 2024. If they don't deal with dual heat they should have said so up front. Now I have paid 2 different contractors for what they should have done in the beginning. I doubt they will be HVAC dealer moving forward.

Dave and the team did a fantastic job! We had an emergency situation with temperatures outside of only 9 degrees. We called in the morning and they had us fixed up in no time! Reasonably priced and very nice staff! I would highly recommend this HVAC company!

A leaky roof only leaks when it rains and air conditioners never fail on a cool day! Huge thanks to Team-Boardwell for getting a new AC system installed during this heat wave. Their prices are competitive and the service is off the charts great. You can ask for better, but I’m not sure you’ll find it. Highly recommend!

Our hot water heater stopped working at 8:30 am and by 10:00 a service guy was at our house. We determined a new one was needed and by 2:00, a new hot water heater was installed! Great service, great price and great professionalism by David, Steve and Jeremy! Thank you!!
