Ty and team did a great job sanding and refinishing our floors! The customer service was excellent. He answered all of my questions, and he even called after hours to be sure that we were happy with the finished product.

The job is almost finished and we are so happy with the communication and quality! Joshua Kelch (his son) has handled our job flawlessly, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond with color matching. I have high standards with my dad owning a construction based service business, and Josh and his crew are top notch!

From their gallery and reviews, it appears that they do quality work. However, I wouldn't know, as after getting an initial reply to my quote request, I sent two follow up emails until finally receiving a reply saying to email the office manager, which I did. Never did receive a reply. I can appreciate, with supply and workforce issues being what they are, that contractors are overwhelmed with projects and not enough time or help to complete them. Hey, I get it, but they couldn't even take five minutes to let me know they're too busy? UPDATE... Bill, the owner, reached out to explain why I hadn't heard back and wanted to make things right. Boy, did he! He and his crew are professional, skilled and friendly. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everyone I dealt with was great from the estimator to the finishers. They were respectful of my time and my home and called when there was a scheduling issue, and came out the next day. They were accommodating when my schedule had a hiccup as well. The floors look great where they were patched as well as the room that was just refinished.

Bob Kelch Flooring is just finishing up work at our house. They removed old carpet and stairs in our split foyer entryway. Replaced stair treads with solid oak, white risers and sanded off old finish on landing. They just applied the first coat ( of three ) of finish and we love it!! Bill, Maurice and Andre are awesome to work with!! Friendly, professional, courteous and respectful! And they communicate, which is extremely important to us!! Also, thank's to Ken for being so patient, and helpful, and for his communications getting this project started !! Kenny & Diana Potter
