Superior customer service! When I didn't like the tile I ordered from a sample, Pat Madden didn't hesitate to return it. He and Therese offered several alternatives and even stayed after hours to help me. I took more samples home and when I had questions about those, they both replied quickly to my email. I even got a personal call from Pat to make sure all my questions got answered. They definitely helped keep my project on track and they couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. Did my in laws flooring and the grout is bad. Tiles coming up. They do not return calls for repairing their workmanship.
