Bob Miles & Son

We have had an excellent experience with Bob Miles and Sons. Everyone is really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We have had an great experience with plumbing and carpentry during the renovation of our house. Tori and Kat are great to work with in the office. Rick is an amazing and talented carpenter. Not to mention a great guy. He built us a beautiful hood, installed all of our cabinets, added crown molding and wainscoting. (See photos) I wish I could remember everyone’s name there who worked on our plumbing. But Caleb and Buck are great! Everyone on their staff is fantastic. We highly recommend them based on our experience.

10/10!! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing project needed, and we will certainly be using them again in the future. When our broken tub dial turned into a bigger problem than we all had anticipated, Caleb stayed way past regular working hours to finish the job in one day for us. Not only was he professional, he was extremely nice too! He was kind to my dogs ( who followed him around 😂), and he cleaned up so well after the work was done. Our tub is now working great and we plan on calling this company again for our future bathroom renovation. Thank you Caleb and the team at Bob Miles and Son!!!

I have used Bob Miles several times. They are always prompt, efficient, and very professional. They are not inexpensive. On the other hand my most recent job was 1/10 the cost I expected because the plumber was prepared, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm very happy with their operation.

I had Bob Miles replace my old oil fired boiler with a new high efficiency propane boiler. The whole process was excellent from the quote to the installation. They showed up promptly to give me a quote and they listened to my needs and clearly explained all my options. They were also able to make a couple adjustments to the plan I had in mind that ended up saving me some money. I got several quotes from other local heating companies and Bob Miles was the best. They were flexible when scheduling the installation and the installers that showed up were very professional. They did top notch work, installed the new system quickly and when they left the place was spotless. We had a water emergency (no pressure in any line) on a midwinter morning. Called Bob Miles & Son, and a service team arrived within the hour. Bock (sp?) and Sam were great! They diagnosed and fixed the problem (clogged whole-house water filter) right away. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
