Bob Mims Heating & Air Conditioning

My heating unit went out early this morning, and I called Bob Mims at 7am. Their technician George showed up at noon as promised, diagnosed the issue and had the unit fully repaired by 1 PM. The responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. George is knowledgeable, courteous, and both he and Bob Mims made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for fast and reliable service, especially if you need help in a pinch!

Mike G was great. In time, fast and efficient. The internal filter was a surprise but obviously needed replacing. The charge of $53 was more of a surprise. I have contract with you. I can understand the external filter being my responsibility but the internal should be included in my contract. Beyond that, you just indicated a 20% discount which I did not see on the purchase. I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you!

I spent the night with no heat on in the house during outside temperatures in the teens. You can imagine my reaction when Josh showed up the next day (Sunday!) early. George was awesome! Bob Mims was the best choice, especially for emergency service when my heater stopped working. My furnace was 15 years! He was very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled a replacement for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bob Mims for your HVAC needs.
