Horrible Customer service. Had an appointment with The company And they no call no showed, Six hours later, the company calls me and says hey do you want to reschedule? The plumber got “ Caught up this morning” I said typically if someone is not going to make an appointment, they would call ahead of time and attempt to reschedule not six hours later He quickly responded. I don’t need to be schooled here Do you wanna make the appointment or not? I asked if he owned the business He said well, then I guess notans he slammed the phone in my ear. Unbelievable companies like this even exist.

We called on a Sunday and Tyler was there within a few hours. He came back on Monday, spoke with the county once we determined the issue was not on our property, and stayed once they showed up! He was honest , knowledgeable, professional, and the price was reasonable. We would use Tsacrios again without hesitation. J. & K. Roberts

I’ve used them a couple of times, and just like them. They are a very likable team. Oh, and of course the other stuff; they’re not too expensive, do a great job. I’ve “stuck with them” for years now. We’ve already thought of some stuff they can help us with next. Good peeps, for sure!

Started out well. Two capable professionals diagnosed a major plumbing problem. They told me they would be back the next day. I consider not being able to use any water or flush my toilets for 24 hours an emergency. I had to call...waited an hour for a call back that never happened. When I called again...just a run around & excuses about " miscommunication". I canceled their "services" and called another plumber who was recommended by friends and will be here momentarily.

I have done business with Bob Tsacrios plumbing for over 10 years and on several occasions. This business is honest and skilled. The workmen are polite and knowledgeable . I will always call them first.
