Bob called me within an hour of posting my initial review (below) to apologized severally for not returning my calls. He had been swamped lately and somehow my issue got forgotten. He promised to be out the next Monday. Now 4 days after my initial review, Bob had installed new gutters at his own cost. This is what I call very good response and good service. Thank you, Bob. Had some wind damage recently and called Bob Tuttle to see if he would handle a small job. He came out that evening, did a quick repair, and promised to return to do a proper job. He did so, and not only fixed the problem, but inspected other areas of the roof and did some preventive maintenance. His fees are more than reasonable, and the quality of his work will warrant further calls in the future.
