Bob Zelano Appliance Repair

I would like to start off with I did not actually use his services because I contacted many people and scheduled something just prior to his return phone call. However Bob was very courteous and helpful on the phone. He knew I found another repairman but he continued to wake me questions about the problem I was having with my dryer to see if he could help with advice. I would still 100% recommend him to others based on this simple interaction! Not many people of such great character left in the world.

Returned my call first thing in the morning and came right out. Found the problem and suggested contacting warranty support. I was very happy with his professionalism and willingness to come out the day before a holiday! I will use them again if I need service.

My dryer wouldn't turn on. Called Bob on a Friday evening and he came out Monday morning to fix. He quickly diagnosed it as being the door switch which he replaced promptly and efficiently. Dryer up and working again within 45 minutes. Prompt friendly service.

I called Bob on a Friday afternoon about my clothes washer which had stopped working. My wife had just given birth a couple of days before, so Bob rushed out and was able to fix my issue on Saturday, less than 24 hours after I had called. He was friendly and professional and had me up and running again in about 20 minutes.

Recently bought a house and the fridge it came with wasn’t cooling at all. Called Bob and he came out as soon as I was available. Knew what the problem was right from our phone call and the fridge has been working great so far!
